After several years of searching for an unusual place that we could open to guests, in 2012 we found Kergroaz Maner.
As we walked up the main driveway, we felt like we were at home.
The surrounding countryside, the calm, the imposing building of this small manor, the configuration of the place seduced us, as well as the proximity of Paimpol, the cradle of my maternal family.
On the pediment, a date is engraved: 1730. Two names: Yves Le Solleuz and Catherine Lemeur, 1730 indicates the date of the purchase of the property by this couple for their marriage.
We have found the old documents.
Other elements tell us that the Duchess Anne De Bretagne was able to stay at the manor. Which could mean a much earlier date for its construction.
During your stay, we will be happy to share with you what we have learned about the past of our house.
